Terms and Conditions
This agreement between J&H Limo LLC. Leland NC and any customer renting any limousine (here after referred to as “passenger”) is a binding written contract stating that any damage to any vehicle caused by any passenger and / or guest of the stated passenger, whether by accident or other, will be responsibility of the said passenger (contract holder) It is further agreed that there will be NO smoking or drugs of any kind in the vehicle. If there is a suspicion of drugs the run will be immediately terminated and legal authorities will be contacted.
Passengers will agree to heed to the driver’s suggestions as to safety of everyone in the vehicle as well as the well being of the vehicle itself. In the event anyone in the vehicle is unruly or boisterous, the driver, at his/her discretion can and will terminate the run with no refund of any monies. Should the vehicle be in danger, with or without the passengers present, the driver reserves the right to vacate to a safe place.
In the event the vehicle needs to be repaired/cleaned and, as a result, is out of service due to the above negligence there will be a $150.00 a day charge or $25.00 per hour charge, (the lesser of the two, a day constitutes 24 consecutive hours) assessed.
If there is any clean up necessary, over and above what J&H limo LLC. Leland NC considers the “Norm” a $200.00 additional charge will be assessed and must be paid to the company in 3 business days. This will apply to vomiting, torn, burnt, ripped, and excessively dirty upholster/interior; or any unnecessary extreme condition within the vehicle. Reasonable and prudent care will be taken to supply the client with the vehicle reserved; however, due to mechanical breakdown, accident, fire, theft, etc., the possibility exists a substitute car would be necessary.
In the case of circumstances out of our control, a substitute car under these conditions will bind this contract. All Limousines regardless of location are restricted to driving on paved surfaces. Limousines do not travel on dirt, stone, or any unpaved surface.
All monies owed for vehicle reservations shall be paid in cash, credit card, or certified check at the start of the run. Personal checks are not accepted unless sent in two weeks prior to the date of service. You will be invoiced appropriately for additional or assessed expenses. The charges are due and payable within 3 business days. (All deposits and/or payments of any kind are non-refundable) Should the run continue past the specified time, the payment will be collected according to the hourly rate agreed upon.
Time will be calculated in half-hour units unless specified differently. If the customer refuses to pay any additional monies owed for any reason J&H Limo LLC. Leland NC has the right to contact legal authorities and take action that may deem necessary to collect payment.
Customer authorizes J&H Limo LLC. Leland NC to charge any credit card on file for any damages to the vehicle, deposit loss, payment of service, or any other charge in relation to limousine contract.
• NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COMFORT IN TEMPERATURES EXCEEDING 75 DEGREE OR ANY OTHER EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS.
• UNDERAGE DRINKING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
• NO SMOKING OR DRUGS OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED IN ANY LIMOUSINE.
• NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ARTICLES LEFT IN THE LIMOUSINE.
• NO WEAPONS ALLOWED. ALL ITEMS/BAGS ARE SUBJECT TO BE SEARCHED
WE MAINTAIN SAFETY FOR EVERYONE. OUR GOAL AT J&H LIMO OF LELAND NC IS TO KEEP YOUR SPECIAL EVENT, JUST THAT; SPECIAL FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED. YOUR COOPERATION IS NECESSARY AND WILL ENABLE US TO DO WHAT WE DO BEST, AND THAT IS TO SERVE YOU!!!
Additional fuel charges may be added depending on fuel costs. (Customer Will Be Notified)
